| WMCA President`s Safe Drivers Club Announced |

(February 6th, 2010)-- Green Bay, WI - The Wisconsin Motor Carriers Association President`s Safe Driver Club has been announced for the 2009 year. In order to become a part of the WMCA President`s Safe Driver Club, a driver must be a full time employee who lives in Wisconsin, must have 36 months of continuous service, no accidents, a clean MVR and must be nominated by their Wisconsin company. V&S Midwest Carriers Corp. uses the WMCA guidelines, but also adds more stringent criteria before nominating drivers. Drivers are rewarded monetarily for each year they are on the club. The following drivers received their bonus checks and certificates at an award ceremony at the Radisson Hotel and Convention Center at the Oneida Casino in Green Bay, WI on February, 6th 2010. `We are extremely proud of all our drivers, especially the drivers who made this very prestigious club,` said Dave Van Handel, president of V&S Midwest Carriers Corp. | V&S MIDWEST CARRIERS JOINS U.S. EPA SMARTWAY TRANSPORT® PARTNERSHIP WITH A TOP SCORE |

(April 28, 2009)-- Kaukauna, WI – V&S Midwest Carriers Corp. today announced that it joined the SmartWaySM Transport Partnership, a innovative collaboration between U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the freight industry designed to increase energy efficiency while significantly reducing greenhouse gases and air pollution. V&S Midwest Carriers Corp. received a 1.25 Shipper Index Factor (SIF), the highest possible score.
V&S Midwest Carriers Corp. will contribute to the Partnership’s goal to reduce 33 to 66 million metric tons of carbon dioxide and up to 200,000 tons of nitrogen oxide per year by 2012 by improving the environmental performance of our freight operations. Carbon dioxide is the most common greenhouse gas, and nitrogen oxide is an air pollutant that contributes to smog. By joining SmartWay Transport Partnership, V&S Midwest Carriers Corp. demonstrates its strong environmental leadership and corporate responsibility.
“Our organization is proud to be a member of the Smartway initiative. Following the Smartway model makes sense, we are not only reducing greenhouse gasses and pollutants, we are keeping costs down too ” said Dave Van Handel, President.
Launched in February 2004, the SmartWay Transport Partnership aims to achieve fuel savings of up to 150 million barrels of fuel per year. The Partnership brings together major freight shippers, trucking companies, railroads, logistics companies and trade/professional associations to pursue mutually beneficial efficiencies that result in emissions reductions and other environmental improvements, as well as cost savings to the companies. The Partnership currently has approximately 1,400 partners.

| V&S MIDWEST CARRIERS DRIVERS EARN WISCONSIN MOTOR CARRIERS DRIVER OF THE MONTH AWARDS |

(February 21, 2009)-- A special gathering was held at the Plaza hotel & suites in Wausau, WI, where approximately 180 trucking industry people gave tribute to 12 drivers who were honored for the Wisconsin Motor Carriers Association (WMCA) 2008 “Driver of the Month” awards. This WMCA event was held on February, 21 2009.
Christopher Ebben and Bobby Syring, both drivers V&S Midwest Carriers Corp. in Kaukauna, WI, were honored for May (Ebben) and September (Syring) 2008.
Chris Ebben has been a driver for over 23 years and has driven 2.8 million accident free miles. Chris and his wife, Margaret, have 6 children and 6 grandchildren and reside in Appleton, WI.
Bobby Syring has been driving for over 17 years and has driven 1.4 million accident free miles. Robert and his wife, Carrie, have 3 children and reside in Kaukauna, WI.

| V&S MIDWEST CARRIERS WINS SECOND SYSCO CORP. NATIONAL CARRIER OF THE YEAR AWARD |

(November 15, 2007)-- V&S Midwest Carriers Corp. is pleased to announce that it has, for the second time in three years, been awarded the Sysco Corp. Supply Chain Carrier of the Year Award for the Northeast Region of the United States for the 2007 year.
The award was received by Dave Van Handel, president of V&S Midwest Carriers Corp., at the Annual Supplier Recognition Dinner and Award Ceremony in Houston, TX, on November 15, 2007. Five transportation carriers, one for each of Sysco’s five operating regions, were awarded first place in their respective region out of an estimated 800 carriers nationwide. Sysco is a global leader in selling, marketing and distributing food products to restaurants, healthcare and educational facilities, lodging establishments and other customers who prepare meals away from home.
Vice-President Marge Van Handel said, “We are honored to accept this award and would like to congratulate our drivers and operational staff on a job well done.”
